  • Can I purchase my dancewear and dance shoes online from Fancy Dancer’s?

    We currently only sell our dancewear and dance shoes at our store located in St. Clair Shores, MI. Our team is here to help you pick out the right dancewear for you as well as fitting you in the right shoes. We also have an ever-changing selection of wonderful dancewear with many styles selling out very quickly. This creates a challenge in selling these seasonal fashion items online. And lastly, we can’t emphasize enough how important a good fit is in both your dancewear and dance shoes. Being able to touch and try-on your dancewear and shoes to get a feel for them before you buy them is very important!

  • Where is Fancy Dancer's located? What are your store hours?

  • Do you have information regarding dress codes and shoe requirements for specific studios?

    Yes! When you come in looking for shoes or dancewear, generally one of the first questions we will ask you is “Where are you taking your classes?”. This will let us know exactly what kind of shoes are needed as well as what dancewear and tights are preferred.

  • Does Fancy Dancer's ever have sales or offer discounts?

    We generally hold different sales and special promotions throughout the year. On a daily basis we do also offer a reward card where you earn points back with each purchase and those points can then be used toward a future purchase. In addition, we also offer discounts for dance teachers, schools, and church groups. For more information about our Rewards Card program and discounts, please visit our Policies page.

  • How can I be the first to know about new products and special promotions/sales?

    The easiest way to be the first to know is to like us on Facebook and follow us on Twitter, Pinterest, and Instagram. This is where we will always post about upcoming sales and special promotions as well as when new products arrive. You can also follow our Blog as well. We will post about sales, special promotions, and new arrivals there as well!

  • If Fancy Dancer's does not carry something that I am looking for, can it be ordered?

    Yes, but it depends on what company it is from. If you are looking for something from one of the companies that we carry (see the brands we carry here), most of the time we can order it. Please see our policies page for more information about special ordering.

  • Do you offer gift cards or gift certificates?

    Yes!

  • What forms of payment does Fancy Dancers accept?

    We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, Checks, and of course Cash. We also accept Apple Pay.

  • What sizes does Fancy Dancers carry in dancewear and dance shoes?

    We offer a large variety of sizes in both dancewear and dance shoes. We carry a wide variety of sizing for children, women, and men.

  • What is your return/exchange policy? Are there any items that can't be returned?

    In order to receive payment back via the method it was received, items must be returned within 15 days of purchase. After that, items may be exchanged or returned for an in store credit. Most items can be returned except for clearance items and tights. These items are final sale. For more information about returns and exchanges, contact our store directly.
